At GourGopal, we are dedicated to ensuring your beautifully handcrafted Laddu Gopal poshaks reach you safely and promptly from Nabadwip Dham. Please read our shipping policy below to understand our processing and delivery timelines.
1. Order Processing Time
Standard Orders: All standard orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Custom Orders: If you have requested a customized or heavy festive poshak, crafting time may vary. We will communicate the specific processing time to you directly via WhatsApp or email.
You will receive a notification email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We partner with reliable courier services to ensure safe delivery across India.
- Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. (Note: If you offer free shipping, you can change this to “We offer free standard shipping on all orders over ₹500.”)
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS, email, or WhatsApp message containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking portal to update.
4. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
GourGopal is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please review your shipping information carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake after placing your order, please contact us via WhatsApp immediately so we can update it before dispatch.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
While we pack our devotional items with the utmost care, transit damages can occasionally happen. If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo of the package and contact us within 24 hours. For packages lost in transit, we will work with our courier partners to resolve the issue or issue a replacement.
