Exchange Policy for GourGopal

Effective Date: April 15, 2026

At GourGopal, we understand that selecting the perfect size poshak for your Laddu Gopal can sometimes be tricky. If you have ordered an incorrect size, we are happy to offer an exchange to ensure your complete satisfaction.

1. Eligibility for Exchange

We accept exchange requests within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and completely free of any signs of wear.
  • It must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Exchanges are strictly subject to stock availability for the requested new size or design.

2. Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and devotional purity reasons, we cannot accept exchanges on the following items:

  • Poshaks that show any signs of having been worn or altered.
  • Custom-commissioned or custom-fitted dresses.
  • Sale or clearance items.

3. The Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Contact us via WhatsApp or Email within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your Order Number, a photo of the received item, and the new size/item you wish to receive.
  • Step 2: Once our team approves the exchange request, we will provide you with the shipping address in Nabadwip Dham to return the original item.
  • Step 3: Pack the item securely. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us.
  • Step 4: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will dispatch your replacement poshak. We will share the new tracking details with you immediately.

4. Shipping Costs for Exchanges

Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for paying the courier charges to ship the original item back to our facility.

GourGopal’s Responsibility: We will cover the shipping cost of sending the new, exchanged poshak back to you for your first exchange. For any subsequent exchanges on the same order, standard shipping rates will apply.

5. Price Differences

If the new exchanged item is of higher value, we will share a payment link for the balance amount before dispatching.

If the new exchanged item is of lower value, the balance will be issued to you as a store credit coupon for your next purchase.
